The other plot holes you mentioned can be rather easily explained by you getting to all those people early enough before either Mordegon did, or before they could put their plots in Act 2 into action. It's as though you never met either her or Kai.

Then in act 3, we (now have already missed some cutscreen in lying route) can complete the rest of her post-game lying route questline? Wait, so if we tell her the truth, we have already done her questline on the truth route as in act 1. I guess the writers just messed up on that one.
